  1. Spawn green sniper.
  2. Wear any item of webbing/ rigging.

Notice it doesn't appear, whereas it does for both OPFOR and BLUFOR snipers.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
