The recoil management animation need alot of improvement. you place the vector point for the application of the force way to low(hips). You should push forward the upper body especially the shoulder past your hips and toes and put the c.g of the recoil force more in the solar plexus sector and the get the stock more in the shoulder pocket area not on the colar bone... this will help for the animation realism.
for the recoil made by ammunition you check the spec of them to put theyr real value and consider the fact that many firearm use muzzle compensator/flash-hider or brake to compensate.
