Missing Control Options in 'Helicopter Movement' - Possibly Missing Airplanes Default Controls Conflicting Keybinds

Description

'Bank Left' and 'Bank Right' are by default bound to keys 'A' and 'D'. However, these 2 functions are missing from the control options.

There is currently no way to override them except to use a different preset - i.e, Empty.

However selecting 'Empty' preset would wipe out all controls, making it not a viable option as having to rebind the all keys over again is very time consuming.

UPDATE (I'll include additional missing controls found later below)

Increase Thrust (Default 'Q')
Decrease Thrust (Default 'Z')
Fast Forward (Default 'E')
Nose Down (Default 'W')
Nose Up (Default 'S')

Conclusion

It appears to be control for Airplanes/Jets which are not available currently. Please include the option to edit controls for them too, as their controls might conflict without a way to edit them currently. {F20346}

Steps To Reproduce

Using 'Arma 3' Preset Controls

Trying to bind 'A' or 'D' keys to:

Left/Right Pedal
Left/Right Turn
Auto-hover On/Off

will show that the keys are red, currently bounded to 'Bank Left/Right', which are missing.

Trying to bind 'A' or 'D' to the Cyclic or Collective variants however will not return you with the red notification.

Additional Information

Attached is the screenshot of the said keys shown being bounded to banking.

Possible solution(s):
1)Short term - Remove them as default keys from Bank Left/right OR having those controls visible so that we could edit them.

2)Long term (a possible improvement on the current key binding method) - When the game detects that there's already a function bounded to a certain key, give us the option to:
a) Ignore and add that function to the desired key anyway, and/or
b) Override the existing one and use the desired key only on the new selected function.
