Odd Behavior when lowering weapon and selecting optics mode

Description

When I put my weapon in a lowered position and select my optics or iron sites button I get odd behavior hard to explain but its not good.

Seems to happen worse with pistol when crouching same with rifle.

Yeah, when you try to bring up the optics, the camera gets moved to the correct position for aiming, but the weapon doesn't get raised unless you either:
a) try to fire your weapon or
b) stop aiming down the sights and you hit the raise weapon button again

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
