When I move forward and side step at the same time I am unable to change my rate of fire. Rate of fire will change when moving backwards and stepping right at the same time. Also some weapons will not change rate of fire at all.

Steps To Reproduce
With rifle in hand(selective fire rifle) hold forward key and left or right key and attempt to change you rate of fire. Also hold key to move backwards and right key and attempt to change rate of fire.
