I can't find this in the Arma 3 addons folder so I suppose this is 3rd party addon. Bohemia is not responsible for 3rd party addons.

DM_light is a 3rd party addon, not an official part of Arma 3. Ask the responsible Modders for a fix.

InstaGoat is right. We can't fix user-made mods. You have to report this bug to author of that addon.
