It's already awkward enough to look around a ground based vehicle in third person, having a delayed/floaty camera only makes trying to navigate your terrain a lot harder when using 3rd person mode in a vehicle.

Place a ground based vehicle with yourself as driver
Go third person and freelook
Notice the floaty/delayed characteristics of the movement compared to your input
Third person camera movement in ground vehicles should not be floaty/delayed.
Possible bug with smooth mouse function? Not working (ie not being disabled) on ground vehicles 3rd person camera?
