Description

IF you are going to mark something with a submarine's laser marker you will face this problem. It's really hard to stabilize it manually. I think future vehicles should have this feature.

I don't think it's possible to stabilize it in the sea because you can't just predict the water's behaviour.

Laser designator is useless in submarine, unless you hit the seabed.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
