AH-99 and MI-48's should have a PIP display showing what their gunner sees

Description

Currently the pilots of the attack helicopters have an unused screen in the cockpits, with a static 'radar' image.

I suggest that this screen be replaced with PIP view of the gun, so a pilot can quickly check what his gunner is seeing.

They have added a screen for the RAH-99, however the pilots screen is oddly placed as compared to the gunner. And the Kajiman does not have a display for some reason.
