Please separate zoom and lock, give toggle zoom option (BETA)

Description

There is no way to lock on to a target without zooming in. Gets quite frustrating.

Also, give one button for toggle zoom. Now there is zoom in, zoom out, toggle both of those, but no wat to for me to push one button on my Saitek X52 pro to go from zoom to no zoom. However it was possible in alpha some how.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
