reload animation for EBR and TAR

Description

weapon EBR and TAR are missing weapon reload animation, they only have the default "pull out the mag and put it back in" animation. it will be great to see a reload animation to pull the bolt. also missing the grenade launcher reload animation.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
