A mission maker should have the ability to have some control over some Video settings (like enforcing Shadows or grass settings to at least "LOW").
In -our long- experience in ARMA PvP we know a PvP player would turn some settings (like Shadows) to Off to have better visibility over enemy.

We don't want to lower ARMA3 into OFP graphics quality to be sure we will have a "fair" game.
