The list box in Splendid Config viewer is truncated and does not show the last 7 entries. Their properties can be viewed by using the down arrow key to blindly select them, but they cannot be seen in the list box.

Steps To Reproduce
- Open Splendid Config Viewer from debug menu
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list
- Observe that "WeaponCloudsMGun" is the last shown entry (with interface size "normal")
- Select this entry and use down arrow key to show the properties of the remaining items in the list, but note that the list does not scroll.

Changing interface size to "very small" increases the list view by one so the last viewable item is "WeaponFireGun"
