Unit bodies and weapons (WeaponHolderSimulated) fall right through objects (buildings) if object is non-local to the body. This is most noticeable with user-placed buildings and causes lots of trouble since dead players fall right through the floor. {F19955}

Steps To Reproduce
- Start attach bodies_repro.Stratis mission in multiplayer with 2 players
- Player 1 (server) should select "Spawn unit" and then "Kill unit" from action menu
- Observe that body and weapon properly collide with canopy since canopy spawned by the Player 1 (server)
- Player 2 (client) should select "Spawn unit" and then "Kill unit" from action menu
- Observe that body and weapon fall right through the canopy since canopy is not local to the Player 2, body and weapon
