Description

The AI will not run when in SAFE mode, even when assigned "FULL" speed.
This only seems to affect groups of more than one person.

Steps To Reproduce

Place AI fireteam and assign a MOVE waypoint with behaviour set to safe and speed set to full.
Watch group walking to the waypoint.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
