Prone binocular/rangefinder animation is clunky

Description

At the moment, when the player is prone and switches from their primary weapon to a rangefinder, the avatar places the weapon on their back.

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Go prone.
2.) Switch from your main weapon to your binocular.
3.) Note how player puts weapon on back rather than on ground, wasting valuable time.
4.) Switch back.

Additional Information

This is clunky and takes up too much time. To fix it, just have the player set their primary weapon on the ground in front of them. This would be faster and easier for the player.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
