Description

I think it would be a great idea to make underwater blurry if you do not have the diving goggles on. You are in the ocean so there is salt. I would think if you opened your eyes in the ocean it will be blurry/burns to your eyes. I was pondering this while watching BUD/S for Navy Seals. It will create a whole new level of immersion if your an infantry rifleman and you go underwater w/o goggles.

Underwater is already more blurry without diving goggles, so if you go in without goggles your view is blurred.
