[FEATURE REQUEST] AddCamShake command to work with custom cameras, created with camCreate command

Description

AddCamShake unfortunately only seems to work on 1st person camera, not 3rd or Custom camera.
To create more theatrical cutscenes using camCreate command the ability to use AddCamShake with it needed to be added!

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
