This is an important thing which effects combat.
It appears that character models get rendered differentely than environmental objects.
At range characters and vehicles tend to "blink" and create "noisy pixels" when you move your view left and right.
This makes noticing enemys at range way more easily since you just have to keep an eye on blinking pixels. (the enemy doesnt need to move - they blink even if they are completely motionless)
A solution would be some kind of blur filter at distance or a shader that evens out the pixels.
At least there should be done sth about it.
I even made a video of it - but to observe the issue you have to view it full size and its 1,2 gig big.
So if you need it - let me know. Otherwise its easy to reproduce. You just have to think like a gamer who wants to find enemys and take care of each detail. Then you will easily be able to observe this too.
