[Alpha & Alpha Lite ] - Creating new profile pops up new welcome screen

Description

After starting A3 Alpha on steam user gets welcome screen describing new features etc. However if the user creates new profile afterwards the welcome screen pops up again immediately after the profile creation. It unnecessary.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start A3 Alpha or Alpha lite via Steam
  2. During startup notice the welcome screen appears
  3. Dismiss the screen
  4. Head for options
  5. Profile > New Profile > Random profile > Confirm
  6. Observe that welcome screen appears once again
