Feature request: Set a unit to Fire/Cease Fire before launching a mission.

Description

Would like to see the ability to set a unit to Cease Fire in the editor. I hate it when they just start shooting from the launch of the mission when that is not what I was hoping for.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
