The "opfor base" in modules no longer have vehicles, only soldiers.

Firstly, I checked to see if this was reported, and it was not, so here is what I think is a bug:

What I like to do is to play as a citizen, make the time midnight, and watch a huge firefight between Opfor and Blufor, but only to be disappointed... I've discovered that Opfor no longer has their vehicles tagged along with their own base. So what I got was a Blufor base site (under modules in editor mode) that have vehicles and infantry, and the Opfor... Well it's just a few soldiers rather than an actual base...

Not only that, I think there may be other problems with ALL the sites for Opfor: Firebase, Traffic stop, Anti-Air, etc. I think this because when I placed probably 20 Opfor sites and 20 blufor sites, it seemed like the blufor swarmed all over and a few opfor soldiers laying around. I set up a game with just an opfor site (base), and there were about 6 soldiers(?). I don't recall specific types of soldiers. Blufor site (base) had about the same amount of soldiers, maybe 8, and two Hunter SMGs(?).

I know that at least the Opfor base must have vehicles because I placed a module of an opfor base before, so this must be a bug! =) <-- Yes, I'm that proud to have found this out xD

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Start up ARMA
2.) Select Editor
3.) Place a playable unit, I recommend a helicopter (either faction).
4.) Select modules, Double click on map near playable chopper, select opfor sites, make change Observatory post to base.
5.) Hit preview and play "Where's Waldo" with opfor Vehicles: Enjoy. ;P

confirmed, actually it appears to be just for OPFOR...

repo - start a new map, place your unit and place the sites module for OPFOR BASE option, the rest of the options, leave default. then preview... What I did is this, placed several of them along the airfield and around the airbase. When you get in the game (preview or mp), you will notice that only 2 units will spawn for each site placed. This was not an issue 3 or 4 dev builds ago and needs to be looked into.

Tested even further... place a few OPFOR module sites set on BASE, and on the other side or near, placed a few sites for BLUFOR set to base as well... what you will find is going to be that all the OPFOR sites spawn 2 units and all the BLUFOR sites spawn all normal units (around 19-20) with vehicles...

This issue only affects OPFOR sites with base setting... this may also affect the other settings for OPFOR as well, but I never used them to have an idea of the unit spawn count when used, I do know that OPFOR sites base is broken.
