The title pretty much explains it. The mirrors and screens in any vehicle flicker, rendering them useless.

Additional Information

This is happening ever since i changed graphics card. I used to have a nVidia GeForce GTX560 Ti 448 core (Limited version). But ever since i upgraded to a nVidia GeForce 690 this is happening.

I havent changed anything besides the rendering resolution, i used to use 1440*900 (100%) and now im using 2880*1800 (200%).
