Seems to me the majority of service members in the field us full goggles. The ski masks would be a nice visual addition as well (definitely seen them used in the field as well) Black uniforms for night missions and other special operations.

Here is a mod made that looks pretty decent and I thought should be implemented as normal because I feel most players would like to be able to use them through the vanilla version of the game.
you will notice the ski mask in the second part of the video.
