The items that you can loot from Vehicles stuck in the menu of the inventory.So thats means if you wanna get the weapon that is inside of the inventory of a car it doesnt work sometimes.So you have to enter the vehicles first and then do it again then it works,or you drag and drop the weapon to the ground and pick it up from there.I noticed that problem most of the time with weapons.
