AI walks slower than the player/ Player walks faster than AI

Description

When walking with your weapon lowered compared to an AI walking with his weapon lowered, the difference in walking speed is quite large. This makes it very hard to stay in a formation if you are not the leader of your squad.

Consequently if you are the leader of your squad, your subordinates will have a lot of trouble keeping up with you over the course of a long route and will eventually get lost if you don't stop and let them catch up.

This also happens with other moving animations, though walking has by far the largest difference.

  1. Set a AI soldier next to a player and assign a Move waypoint with Safe and limited move speed.
  1. Walk next to the soldier with your rifle lowered and observe the difference in move speed and animation speed.

This is tied to player not having slope limits and being able to run even up the most steep hills but AI still has the same exact slope limits from A2

I've tested this even walking across a flat road. They still walk much slower than the player.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
