doStop does not work correctly when unit is attacked by aircraft

Description

doStop does not seem to work correctly when the unit is attacked by a chopper AND if that unit does not have a line of sight to the chopper by the time of its Initiation(Not sure about the second part). Also, the bugged units stack up somewhere at one point. {F19611}

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
