At positions in which the weapon isn't facing up,the scope will remain facing up. For example, if you aim while in the urban prone or lower prone (lowest position possible), you will notice that the weapon is tilted sideways; however, when you zoom through the scope, the aiming reticle won't be sideways. Furthemore, if you are zooming through the scope while doing the prone roll sideways ("Q" or "E"), the reticle will move around the screen but will remain upright.
