Range Master not able to throw grenades

Description

BLUFOR > NATO > Men (Story) > Range Master (added to BLUFOR in 0.58.105.348) is not able to throw frag grenades, smokes.
Also placing explosives/mines doesn't work.

Proper configs are missing (see note from kju).

pick up frag grenade or smoke grenade
can not throw it

		weapons[] = {};
		respawnWeapons[] = {};

Missing put and throw weapons like weapons[] = {"Throw","Put"};
