Toggling weapon down while moving causes animation glitch.

Description

Since the new patch went out, using Toggle raise weapon (default 2x left ctrl) while moving to lower a weapon causes the player to stop, do an arm swing as usual when moving with weapons down, place his hand back on the weapon, and then continue moving. In previous versions, this never happened and the motion was always smooth.

Notably, using 2x left ctrl again to bring the weapon back up doesn't cause any issues, but using LMB does, causing the player to stop and bring the weapon up before moving again.

This happens with both rifles and sidearms (reversed when using sidearms. Using LMB to raise doesn't cause an issue, but using Toggle raise weapon does)

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go into the editor and place a rifleman, hit preview
  2. Begin moving forwards
  3. Use the assigned key for Toggle raise weapon to lower the weapon (bug happens here)
  4. Continue moving, use LMB to raise the weapon (bug happens here)
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3
  6. Continue moving, and use the assigned key for Toggle raise weapon to raise the weapon (bug doesn't happen here)

Confirmed, but this also happens while running, i.e. the character stops for a fraction of a second and then moves on.

So lowering the weapon while walking and while running stops the character, raising the weapon in both paces is smooth as it should be.

That's right. ToggleRaiseWeapon is kind of glitchy.
Pressing it to lower the weapon while moving (no matter what the speed: walk, combat pace, run, sprint) always causes a temporary stop of the character.

Also, in combat pace you can't use it to raise the weapon back (need to press Fire, which causes a temporary stop as well)

Yeah, noticed that as I was doing further testing pops, forgot to update the tracker, will change all references of "walking" to "moving"
