Able to customize switching weapons control

Description

There are currently only "switch to launcher" and "switch to handgun" only in the option menu. There should be "switch to primary weapon" as well in case to switch without scrolling down the action menu.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
