Whenever I start Arma 3 Alpha on steam, It says preparing o launch arma 3 alpha but disappears after about 2 seconds and nothing happens. Also if i launch the .exe in the steam folder, an error comes up saying:
"The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll."
I have restarted pc, updated graphics card drivers, verified integrity of game files, turned off any other programs in background, paused virus protection, tried the -nobenchmark in the launch options.
Please help to find a solution to this, many people are having the same problem as me with their super-computer rigs, from this I know that this error has nothing to do with the system specs.
