When unloaded guns are loaded, the magazine appears instantly in the gun and the animation is buggy

Description

If you have an unloaded gun, the moment you start reloading the magazine appears instantly, and the hand animation isn't actually inserting anything.

Steps To Reproduce

Take a gun
Unload it(if it's not already unloaded)
Load it, notice how the magazine instantly appears before being loaded.

so this is a dupe?

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
