Radio message in chat without radio in gear

Description

In MP, as a teamleader, if you drop your radio to the ground you still have radio messages in the text chat and sometimes chunks of audios.
Works fine in singlePlayer.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
