Tracers are barely visible at night in current build because they are not creating their own light. When shooting tracers in the middle of the night you will only see them if they pass an external light source (Street lamps or other lights) because those lights will light them up as they pass. {F19436}

Steps To Reproduce
Spawn as "Autorifleman" and then Stand in a isolated from street lights (like the runway) and fire your automatic rifle. You will not easily see your tracers. Now stand in a street lighten up by street lights and fire down the road and you will be clearly able to see your tracers.
