Make 'Gear' menu close when player moves (with less movement)

Description

I know the gear menu DOES close automatically when you move but it needs to be much less movement to do so.

Steps To Reproduce

With gear menu open start moving. It will close after a few steps but you cannot turn during that time.

Much better than pressing a key to close.
