Make hold breath duration-weapon class dependent.

Description

I like how the carbines are less accurate than their rifle counterparts.But this is a nerf to a weapon that in real life has benefits.Its hard to model reality in terms of a longer weapon getting stuck so maybe some other type of benefits that are close to being realistic?

One that I think could balance out this nerf is to give them a longer duration hold breath in crouched and standing stances.There are so many times that I get up from prone to get a better shot and just can't get any kinda accuracy due to sway.Would make fighting with carbines feel slightly different and offset their lessened accuracy somewhat.

Carbines===10sec
Rifles=====6sec(default hold breath duration for all weapons)
LMG/Sniper=3sec
