Weather After Very First Update

Description

The Rain mechanics seem not to work, weather it i go into editor, and it does not display the bar in which to set rain amount, or in game, not seeing the rain, even though its set on rain.

Rain was disabled in one of the very first updates due to a bug, possibly gamebreaking.

They did it on purpose and they will re-enable the raining as soon as they fix the bug above!
