During the vehicle mission (the one where you steal the car) I have figured that when using the optics on the Katiba 6.5mm rifle and looking over your left sholder, the player merges into his head and can view where his neck should be and sees directly behind him.

While using the Katiba 6.5mm use your optic and then look over your shoulder.
