Description

As title says, this is a revision of the "Boats have options but they do not do anything", at the time I forgot to test with NVG, the only reasons I noticed this is due to seeing the light in the monitor from the drivers view.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn a speedboat (at night), enter driver seat and turn on the light..you won't see anything with your normal eyes but you will on the monitor. Put on the NVG's and you will then see the light.

If however you look directly at the source you can juuuust make it out. Additionally collision lights option is availible however does not appear to do anything, or the lights may be just as dim.
