Helicopter Blur Clears When Hovering at 0m Above Ocean

Description

When hovering above the ocean, the windshield of the helicopter will blur to simulate water spray fogging the windshield. When reducing hieght to 0m above ocean, the blur will clear.

Seems to be a trigger guessing when the chopper is on the ground, but it is negating the factor of the type of terrain or surface the helicopter is on. As such, the trigger assumes the chopper has landed at 0m, but doesn't take into account for the type of surface or terrain.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Hover above the water at <1m; inducing water spray, blurring or fogging of the windshield.
  2. Rise to >1m, and then reduce to 0m for a few seconds in order to trigger the false landing trigger.
  3. The screen will start to unblur.
Additional Information

Sometimes, on a multiplayer server after hovering at <1m and then rising to ~15m, the screen will only begin to start to blur at the ~15m. Blurring appears delayed, or caused for no reason at all. This may happen client side as well, but not sure.
