I know some people are suggesting putting in flight model from Take on Helicopters however:

Flight model is fine and not great or very realistic. I understand that some people want more realistic things, however more realistic does not mean go well with the game or make the game more enjoyable. This is a game after all.

Current flight model may need some tweaking but works very well with the game.

Only few things to adjust are: Same performance output from Joystick as from keyboard, sliding and not sticky landing rails, better sounds.

I played TOH and can say that there is no way that flight model will fit ARMA 3.
