This is what happened:
I placed an OPFOR Rifleman and a max skill marksman as shown in the screenshot below. After i helped the marksman to spot the OPFOR rifleman, the marksman engaged the rifleman, but never one bullet hit the rifleman, instead the marksman's bullet consistently hit somewhere that is lower than the position of the rifleman. This shows AI cannot gauge bullet drop. {F18873}

Steps To Reproduce
Follow the screenshot I have attached. Make sure the BLUFOR marksman is having maximum skill. Then, help your marksman to spot the OPFOR. Observe the process with the civilian player.
Additional Information
I founded out marksman with low skill can hit the rifleman after quite some rounds, but never for max skill marksman.
