When you want to cover something from either a low or high angle (while clearing a ladder in pairs for eg)and moving (either walk or combat pace with/without optics up)-your weapon automatically lowers/losing focus causing the player to lose control of the weapon.

Maybe some people -seeing the video-will think it's a geometry conflict..but this isn't the case.
Same weapon behavior is reproducible in every environment

I have the same annoying bug. Espaecialy when i m playing in PvP mission in close combat situations. Please fix it.
Think it has more to do with
Looking up = balance
Looking down = not shooting your legs while you are moving
(Just tested it in the game and this is what i think about it)
There are situations such as this we stumbled across clan training when a squad mate should cover you while clearing the stairs-and that cannot be simulated due to this bug.
It is probably referenced from another of these annoying ShackTac game facilitations that have already been introduced in A2 (ST_Movement), and yes, it is annoying and often quite useless.
You can't look up at 90 degree angle and push your weapon against your shoulder.
This is a realistic behavior.
Sorry..but as is it's not realistic.
Anyways i m not talking about 90 degrees..but currently it's around 60-65 (absurd!)
Me (and the team) are using "standard" tactics for our training sessions.

I would be happy if (at least) they raise the boundary to 80 degrees
