disableai "move" does not let the unit turn or react to anything else

Description

it is not possible to set up a defensive position with units in it that watch more than one angle or 360°.
if you place that disableai move command, the unit will stay in that position and does not turn for anything, even if you stay next to him.

Steps To Reproduce

put AI opfor unit into the map watching North, add into the target line "this disableai move", place yourself an blufor unit next to it to the south of it.
Preview.

Observed: enemy is not turning for shooting or anything else, he is just watching the given direction.

Expected: enemy should maintain watching that direction, but when his group has spotted enemies or it hears shooting or it sees movement, what they still do, it should turn himself and engage, without moving from his spot.
