Eject From Vehicle, but Stuck in World

Description

Upon ejecting from a fast moving vehicle, I was sucked into the world. Unable to move, but I could throw chemlights (that showed up on the ground) but I was under the ground.I had to click "Respawn" to get out of it.

Drive a vehicle fast, eject near a stone wall (the sandbag looking one), should be under the ground randomly.

Additional Information

I haven't gotten a screen shot, but the next time it happens I shall.
