Launching the game starts off in screen but once it gets into the menus it only stayes at 1600x900 and off center with large black border. I've recently upgradded my monitor to a 22" LED tv with an HDMI connection that supports up to 1920x1080p. So when I go into the game the only way I can have it full screen is if use full screen windowed. But, I dont want to use that setting cause I wont be able to adjust my gamma settings.

Steps To Reproduce
Install the game with a monitor thats only 1600x900 max resolution
Fully load the game
exit the game.
Exchange the monitor with a 22" LED tv thats connected with a standard HDMI cable.
Relaunch arma 3 in development mode
-Notice that the game is loaded but off center and large black border to fill up the unused space outside of 1600x900
go into the video settings and select 1920x1080 and it will notice that the size does not change and there will still be a large black border. It will remain in 1600x900 but it will have a 1920x1080 resolution in the size of 1600x900.

I've found out how to fix this issue. All I had to do was delete my .cfg gile in this location C:\Users\BrighamBush\Documents\Arma 3 Alpha and its works perfectly now.
Admin please delete this issue since i've found a fix to it.
