this does not happen in the dev build. however, instead of game freezing upon entering lobby, my game freezes as the game is loading before i spawn ingame

I have the same issue,I play allot of wasteland. Wen I first join in the lobby, i should say any lobby. Once I'm load inside the lobby, it freeze for like a min or so, and then it allow you to choose your class. I find it weird that when i first enter the lobby, I have like half a sec to scroll down my wheel to see what class is open, but then it freeze like that.Or same situation but instead the class i choose is open and have a chance to click it before it freeze for a minute then it will select it after the freeze end. PC specs: Gateway DX-EF11P, Win7 HP 64-bit, Intel core i5prossesor 2320, AMD Radeon HD 6570 1024MB 2TB Hard Drive, 8GB DDR3 Memory

I can't upload anything from here, work pc. But the server my clan hosts is having issues with the latest dev update. you can join the server, select your position but you get stuck on the stratis load screen. The only way we have overcome this is by getting everyone in the lobby at once and having the admin manually start the game as once it has started you cannot join.
I believe the admin said it was a join in progress error. I have re-created this on 5 other DEV servers and tested with/without parameters/mods. Even re-installed ARMA to make sure my optimizations weren't conflicting with.. something.
Seems to be a server side issue.

I can confirm this issue:
- go to multiplayer, select a server
- join server
-> game freezes at class selection (cant use buttons or select a class or scroll down the window)
It unfreezes after up to 40sec.
