When looking around it's pretty easy to make your vision clip through the weapon you're holding. Basically it happens all the time when you're looking around freely and occasionally when I'm proning and throwing a grenade high forward I've had my vision clip through my entire arm as it's throwing the grenade.

Just start up the game and walk around, try standing in slopes or open terrain and change your stance while trying to look into your right armpit with any big weapon and your vision should clip straight through it easily.
This should definitely be fixed for retail.
Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
