Binding "hide map" to arrow keys, enter, tab, caps lock, pgup, pgdn or "<>|" does nothing
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Binding any of several keys to "hide map" and pressing them doesn't hide the map.

Buttons that don't work:
Arrow keys (up down left right)
Enter
Tab
Caps Lock
Page Up
Page Down
<>| ("OEM 102", Nordic keyboard, below A and to the left of Z)

All other buttons on my Nordic keyboard (Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard 6000 Nordic) work to hide the map with naturally except for the buttons you can't bind such as Esc, 0-9, F1-12… and even volume up and volume down buttons work!

I suggest that the devs make sure every button can be bound to every command properly as other commands may be the same issue and this issue may also exist for other buttons that I haven’t got on my keyboard.

Enter the game, bring up the map using any key and then try to close it using any of the keys above. It will not work.

Additional Information

It has been this way for at least several versions if not for the entire Alpha.

Still having this problem. I think it should be resolved by having a second press on the map key always close the map instead of having two separate commands.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
